In today's DRAM spot market, with COMPUTEX Taipei currently underway, inquiry activity remained limited and order visibility was weak. Spot prices continued to edge upward gradually, while overall trading activity remained subdued. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 rises to USD 34.800 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 9.220. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 9.625, and as for DDR3 256x8-1600/1866 models, the average stays at USD 5.525. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 stays at USD 4.882, the average price of DDR4 512x8 rises to USD 2.643, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it rises to USD 1.563. 

In the NAND Flash spot market, certain eMMC capacities saw noticeably stronger buying interest. Suppliers continued to raise quotations, leaving relatively limited room for negotiation. Although some buyers were willing to accept higher prices, overall transaction volumes remained unable to expand significantly. The average price of eMMC 4G rises to USD 18.471, the average price of eMMC 8G rises to USD 24.114, and the average price of eMMC 16G rises to USD 24.044, the average price of eMMC 32G rises to USD 29.848, and the average price of eMMC 64G stays at USD 31.333, the average price of eMMC 128G stays at USD 32.386.
