In today's DRAM spot market, most of the inquiries are focused on DDR5 2Gx8 and DDR4 1Gx8 brand chips. There has been a slight increase in actual demand from buyers, but due to limited available stock, the volume hasn't seen significant growth. As a result, the overall chip prices are fluctuating. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 2666 rises to USD 1.712, and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 stays at USD 1.151. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 drops to USD 1.052, and as for DDR3 256x8 1600/1866 models, the average price stays at USD 1.049. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 stays at USD 1.173, the average price of DDR4 512x8 drops to USD 0.458, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it drops to USD 0.267.

As for the NAND Flash spot market, the price decline for eMMC 8G/32G has increased. Additionally, some wafers and SSDs have been released into the market, leading to certain suppliers looking to sell off their stock. While there haven't been significant price cuts, the actual buying interest remains lackluster, and the market trends have taken a substantial downturn. Samsung 1Gb / 2Gb / 4Gb(SLC) / 8Gb(SLC) / 16Gb(SLC) modules end at 1.55~1.70/ 1.18~1.25/ 1.80~2.05/ 3.50~3.75/ 7.45~7.65. As for SK Hynix 1Gb/ 2Gb / 4Gb(SLC) modules, the prices arrive at USD  0.61~1.00 / 0.68~1.00 / 1.60~1.85.
