for most of western part of world. While you are sleeping, spot price has
been raised silently without noticing you. Cheering up on spot price in
Asia market; although the deal is not that big. But it looks like spot price
has been successful pushing up for welcoming New Year.
Major players are warming price up for New Year.
Samsung has
spread the news on raising price. Distributors and Channels are aware of
the situation and keep the price up and up. Now it's hard to buy any brand
name product under $2 for 128Mb SDRAM. We can foresee the price will rise
up on spot then go to contract price.
Well,
winter has ended. Welcome to spring.
We certainly
hope the coldest price war for DRAM is end. Now let's welcome the better
year- year 2002. We think price won't be that bad this year for over all,
but still be careful for which major items you are holding on. DDR will
be in hot subject, but SDRAM won't disappear since some models of pc are
still online for production. Aftermarket for SDRAM also looks great if OS
upgrades to XP.
