reasons
1. SDRAM-128 is still the main stream right now, high liquidity,
and high volume at trading in worldwide.
2. SDRAM-256 takes more and more weight
on demand side, but still not the biggest volume in terms of output and trading.
3. DDR is still not taking over 40% at current output in the
worldwide and demand is not really picking up yet.
