【Market View】DRAM chip's spot price is upward in spot market.

By demand for holiday season and low stock level on channels, DRAM spot market price is raising up dramatically. Most of dealing prices fell into $3.5 to $3.8 for 64Mb in last week. Marketers look forward to seeing price in the range around $3.8 to $4.2 or a little bit higher than $4.2 for major brands within this week.
