BTO for 64MB Module? "We begin to produce 64Mb 8*8 by orders." some of DRAM chip makers said. That imply spot market won't have too much of 64Mb 8*8 product. Contract price stop falling Contract price for 64Mb has stopped falling anymore. Spot price for 64Mb is stable since marketers think it already touched the bottom for most makers. Some vendors even don't quote 64Mb price anymore.
