Overall, total growth rate for 128Mb is negative 9.52% in July over June. Korea and Taiwan still have a positive growth rate due to yield rate improvements in new processes, but major increases in volume were contributed from SDRAM, not DDR. Meanwhile US, Germany and Japan transfered more 128Mb product lines to produce 256Mb.

256Mb

There was just 2.89% MoM growth rate for 256Mb due to new migration process losses. For 256Mb SDRAM, output in Korea and the US played the roles of increasing output, but decreased in 256Mb DDR output MoM. On the other hand, Germany, Taiwan and Japan decreased output of 256Mb SDRAM and increased output of 256Mb DDR.
