In today's DRAM spot market, the main inquiries were focused on DDR5 brand chips. The supply side edged up quotes slightly, and buyers' willingness to chase higher prices increased, showing an active purchasing attitude and proactively following up, which led to a small volume of actual transactions. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 rises to USD 35.400 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 9.400. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 9.900, and as for DDR3 256x8-1600/1866 models, the average rises to USD 5.600. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 drops to USD 4.825, the average price of DDR4 512x8 drops to USD 2.653, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it rises to USD 1.567.

In the NAND Flash spot market, buyers' inquiries were intermittent, and the focus of market demand was concentrated on eMMC. Although spot prices still extended an upward trend, due to buyers' limited follow-up speed and willingness to chase higher prices, final transaction activity was unsatisfactory. Trading remained sluggish. The average price of eMMC 4G rises to USD 18.643, the average price of eMMC 8G rises to USD 24.500, and the average price of eMMC 16G rises to USD 24.567, the average price of eMMC 32G rises to USD 30.018, and the average price of eMMC 64G stays at USD 31.367, the average price of eMMC 128G stays at USD 32.386.
