In the DRAM spot market today, inquiries for branded DDR5 components were significant. Suppliers frequently raised their quotes, and buyers, pressured by the need to replenish rush orders, actively adjusted their target purchasing prices upward. Consequently, a small volume of transactions was finalized. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 drops to USD 32.000 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 rises to USD 7.760. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 8.963, and as for DDR3 256x8 1600/1866 models, the average rises to USD 5.400. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 drops to USD 5.050, the average price of DDR4 512x8 rises to USD 2.613, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it rises to USD 1.533.
In the NAND Flash spot market, overall momentum remained inactive, with only a few inquiries observed for SLC components at lower price ranges. Market quotes generally maintained a flat pattern, but suppliers continued to stand firm on pricing, which restricted final transaction volumes. The average price of eMMC 4G rises to USD 18.371, the average price of eMMC 8G rises to USD 22.829, and the average price of eMMC 16G rises to USD 23.037, the average price of eMMC 32G remains at USD 29.545, and the average price of eMMC 64G remains at USD 31.333, the average price of eMMC 128G remains at USD 32.386.
