The DRAM spot market maintained a conservative atmosphere today, with overall demand remaining intermittent. During the session, only branded DDR5 components saw sporadic buying support; conversely, DDR4 16Gb chips continued to trend downward due to weak demand. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1Gx8) 3200 remains at USD 33.000 and the average price of DDR4 512x8-2400/2666 remains at USD 7.144. The average price of DDR3 512x8-1600/1866 rises to USD 8.125, and as for DDR3 256x8 1600/1866 models, the average remains at USD 4.900. As for the eTT, the price of DDR4 1Gx8 drops to USD 6.290, the average price of DDR4 512x8 remains at USD 2.630, and for DDR3 512x8/1333, it remains at USD 1.513.

In the NAND Flash spot market, both suppliers and buyers maintained a passive and cautious wait-and-see attitude. While market quotes remained generally stable, inquiries were limited due to the unclear future outlook. Consequently, final transaction performance was disappointing. The average price of eMMC 4G remains at USD 17.986, the average price of eMMC 8G drops to USD 22.614, and the average price of eMMC 16G drops to USD 22.806, the average price of eMMC 32G drops to USD 29.652, and the average price of eMMC 64G remains at USD 31.458, the average price of eMMC 128G remains at USD 32.443.
