Mark#1: Original plan to shut down 2002 to translate to Logic IC, system chip. Due to soft price in 2001, it planed to shut down at 1H2001. And cut employee 50%. Shutdown 9/01.

Mark#2: Original plan to invest 35 billion yen for expanding capacity from 20k/month to 30k/month. Capital expenditure cut to 20 billion yen at 2001 Apr. and capacity will be 25K/month.
