【Market View】No bottom price for DRAM

Price begins to low than variable cost.
Price for 128Mb major brands are low to $3.3/chip this week. For 64Mb is low to $1.7/chip. For some of DRAM makers is already below their variable cost. But there is no news for cutting back producing from any company.
No bottom price for DRAM
Is there bottom price for DRAM? DRAM makers make the following comment. "Like stock market: you have stock on your hand but don't have price on your mind". There is no bottom price for DRAM as long as those manufactories keep output and market can't hold price for good reason.
