Low inventories in DRAM makers
Recently the inventories in DRAM makers are falling in the safety range. Most of DRAM makers are conservative for selling and shipping. Some of major brands even stop to quote price in certain period of time. Buyers sometimes are feeling there is no supply for particular items.
Re-inventory needs still goes on
Buying side still shows a little bit strong recently. Most companies say they are just restoring the inventories to the safety level.
