Spot still looks downward

Waiting for Micron/Hynix

As we mentioned, spot market is still waiting for which direction will lead to. Not much people dare to take risks for purchasing the wrong ticket.

Though P4 cuts price, the reaction seems so so.

Though P4 keeps cutting the price to motivate market, after the first shot the reaction from market seems not that exciting. Especially the obviously slowing down in Europe's market compares with last quarter.

Seasonal Drop from M/B and PC shipment

Still, Motherboard and PC are at the traditional dropping season. No good news for forecasting in May yet. Still have few slow weeks for Q2.

Month end and Quarter end

Coming month end for all companies and quarter end for some US companies, the inventory level from sell sides have to push out to low the inventory; inventory level from buy sides have to slow down to check their forecast. More room for price negotiating.
